Esi Hospital

We spend most of our time here at Esi Hospital just trying to keep up with everything going on in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1. It is a busy part of New Delhi, so there is always someone coming through the doors. The halls are usually a bit loud with people talking and phones ringing, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. Most of the staff has been here for a while now and we know the regulars who come in for their checkups or to drop off forms. It isn't a fancy place with shiny floors or anything, just a regular hospital where we do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and it feels like we might never get to the bottom of it, but we manage. People from the factories around here stop by often, and we try to get them sorted out so they can get back to their jobs. New Delhi can be pretty hot in the summer, which makes things a bit slower some days, but we stay open regardless of the weather. It is a lot of routine stuff, honestly. Checking names, looking at files, and making sure the doctors have what they need to see patients. We don't really have time for anything extra, just the daily tasks of running a hospital in this part of town. It feels like a real community place because you see the same faces every week and everyone knows the drill.
