Esha Home Solutions is situated at 942 Nehru Road in Lodhi Colony. Working in Lodhi Colony is quite nice because of all the greenery and the wide roads nearby. Our office is a bit further down Nehru Road, in a building that doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story with tools and samples scattered around the place. We focus on home solutions, so there is always something being measured or a new product being tested out. It’s a hands-on kind of environment where nobody is afraid to get their hands dirty. The floors at 942 Nehru Road are often covered in a bit of dust from whatever project we are currently looking at. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we just tidy up ourselves. Sentence lengths vary depending on how busy we are; some days we barely have time to talk. Other days we sit around the big table and discuss how to fix a particular problem for a customer. There are no scripted answers here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which many of them are. Being on Nehru Road means we get a lot of natural light during the day, which helps keep the mood up. We are just a local team trying to provide decent work for the people in our area. It is honest, everyday labor that we do.
