Our office is located at S-465 in Greater Kailash-I, which is a well-known part of New Delhi-110048. Even though the name Ericsson India Pvt Ltd sounds big, our daily life here is pretty grounded. We spend our time working on various projects related to the telecommunications side of things. It’s a lot of technical work and coordination. The office is set up in a way that lets us talk easily to each other. We don't have those high-walled cubicles you see in movies. It’s more open and a bit messy at times with cables and papers everywhere. We get a lot of visitors coming through because of where we are located. Greater Kailash-I is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside. We try to keep our head down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s not a fancy corporate environment in the way people might think. We have our tea breaks and talk about the news just like anyone else. Most of us have been here for a good amount of time, so we know how everything works. It’s a steady job and we like the location because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. We just try to do our bit and keep the systems running like they should. It’s a practical, everyday kind of atmosphere where everyone just does their job and helps out.
