Being on the third floor means we get a little bit of a view of the local rooftops, but mostly we are just looking at our computer screens all day. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs that aren't the most comfortable for long hours, and a small pantry where we make coffee that is usually too strong or too cold. We don't have a big marketing department with many levels; we are the marketing department. Most of the time, the office is quiet because everyone is wearing headphones, but it gets loud when we are trying to brainstorm a new idea or solve a problem. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar that is usually a month behind and some old notes taped to the side of a monitor. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm with glass walls and fancy suits. Most of us come in wearing jeans and just want to get through the to-do list so we can go home. The building, Sai Plaza, is a busy place with other small offices, so you always see the same people in the elevator. We have been here for a bit, and we have grown used to the quirks of the place, like the way the front door sticks.
