Epco Exhibitions Pvt Ltd

Our office is in Uday Plaza, specifically room 305 at 16A in Uday Park. We are quite close to Ansal Plasa and the Khel Gao area, which makes it a pretty central spot for us. Epco Exhibitions Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, and we spend most of our time dealing with floor plans and exhibitor lists. The office is in a commercial building, so there are always other people around in the hallways. It’s a modest space on the third floor. We’ve got a few big tables where we spread out large printed maps of exhibition halls. There are always rolls of paper and markers lying around. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we manage to find what we need. The building itself is a bit older, so the corridors can be a little dark sometimes. We’ve been here for several years and have gotten to know the other people in the building. Lunch usually means going out to one of the spots near Ansal Plasa or just eating at our desks if we are slammed. Organizing exhibitions is a lot of grunt work that involves a lot of arguing with contractors and double-checking dimensions. We don't have any fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work and try to keep everything on track for the next show we have to put together. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the booths right.
