Our office is located at E 221 in the Chatterpur Extension. It’s an interesting part of the city, right on the edge of things. Being Electrical Consultingengineers, we deal with a lot of technical stuff that would bore most people. The office is usually filled with blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea. It’s not the most organized place in the world. We’ve got stacks of folders on every surface. New Delhi can be a chaotic place to work, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We spend a lot of time arguing over diagrams and checking local regulations. It’s more of a brain job than a hands-on manual labor job, but we still get our hands dirty sometimes. We don't use big words to sound important. We just explain what needs to happen so the power works. People come to us when they are building something new or when their old system is falling apart. We've seen all sorts of weird wiring over the years. Some of it is pretty scary. We just take it one step at a time. The commute to the extension can be a pain with the traffic, but once we’re inside, we just focus on the work. It’s a small, dedicated group here. We don't have a mission statement. We just have work to finish. That’s about it for us.
