Echo Vacations & Events

Our office is up on the second floor at G-1422 in C R Park. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s quiet enough once you get inside. We spend our mornings dealing with vacation bookings and then the afternoons usually shift toward event stuff. It's a mix of things really. One minute we are talking about a beach trip and the next we are trying to find a tent supplier for a small function. Being in CR Park is nice because of the food nearby, so lunch breaks are usually the highlight of the day. The space is filled with folders and papers that we keep meaning to organize better. We have a few computers that have seen better days, but they still work for sending emails and checking dates. It's just a few of us here. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just some chairs for people to sit on while we talk. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's completely silent for hours. We just take it as it comes. Planning events involves a lot of list-making and double-checking, so there are sticky notes everywhere. It’s a real working office, not a showroom. We just like getting things sorted out for the people who come to see us here in the colony.
