Ebony Homes Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 3rd Floor of House Number 159 in Khirki Village, New Delhi. If you know the 110017 area, you know it is full of narrow lanes and a lot of activity. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We deal with houses and property, but we are not a big fancy real estate agency. Our office is just a simple space on the third floor. There is no elevator, so we get plenty of exercise going up and down. We spend most of our time talking to landlords and people looking for a place to stay. It is a noisy neighborhood, but we like the energy of the village. We do not have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people the truth about the properties we have on our list. If a place has issues, we mention it. Our team is small, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phones to showing people around houses. We do not have a corporate culture. We just dress casually and do our work. Sometimes it is stressful when deals do not go through, but that is just how the property business is. We are just a local company trying to help people find a decent roof over their heads in a very busy part of Delhi.
