Located at 1818 Kotla Mubarak Pur, our New Delhi office is right in the heart of a very busy commercial hub. It is the same spot we have been in for quite some time now. The address can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers because the house numbering in this part of Delhi doesn't always make sense. We have a small sign, but you have to be looking for it. The space inside is mostly functional. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. It is a place where we do a lot of coordination and planning for our service projects. Every morning, the team gathers to talk about what needs to happen for the day before everyone heads off in different directions. The air conditioner hums constantly in the summer, trying to keep up with the Delhi heat. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background, mostly just for some noise. It is a simple setup without any bells or whistles. We focus on the daily grind and making sure the paperwork is filed correctly. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in. It is just part of life working in an older part of the city like this.
