Durga Ceramics & Refractories

We operate out of 89/4, Krishna Kunj Apts in Krishna Nagar, over in the Safdarjung Enclave area. It is a quiet enough street, Street No.- 4, and we have been based here for a long time. Dealing with ceramics and refractories means we spend a lot of our time talking about heat and various industrial materials. It is not exactly the most glamorous business in the world, but it keeps us very busy. Most of our days are spent talking to clients on the phone or checking on the status of different orders. We have samples lying around the office and plenty of dusty catalogs on the shelves. People come in looking for very specific items for their building projects. We try to keep track of everything, though sometimes the paperwork gets a little bit messy on our desks. The area is nice, and we have gotten to know the neighbors around the building pretty well. It is mostly about managing the supply and making sure the right materials get to the right sites on time. We are not a big factory or anything like that, just the office side of things here. It can get a bit crowded when we have a few people over at once. We do not have a marketing team or anything polished. It is just us doing the daily work. Usually, someone is on the phone discussing technical specifications or delivery times with a supplier. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks at hand.
