Chattarpur Enclave Phase-1 is a busy place, especially around D-10 where our office is. It’s on the ground floor, which is lucky because we don’t have to climb any stairs every morning. When we get in at Divinefrank Realty Llp, the first thing is usually getting the fans on and checking the mail. The street outside gets quite crowded with bikes and people walking to the metro. We’ve been at this address in South West Delhi for a bit now. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot but you get used to it. Most of our day is just sitting here, taking calls, and looking over property papers. It isn’t fancy, just a few desks and some chairs for whoever drops by. We try to keep things simple. If someone is looking for a place nearby, they usually just walk in because they saw the sign. Chattarpur has a lot of narrow lanes and it can be a maze if you aren't from around here. We spend a lot of time explaining directions over the phone. The ground floor stays a bit cooler in the summer than the upper levels, which is a nice bonus. Usually, by five or six, the traffic outside is at its worst. We just finish up whatever we are doing, lock the door, and head home like everyone else in this part of Delhi. It’s just a normal workplace where we handle the daily grind of real estate without much fuss.
