Dinesh Engg. Works

Dinesh Engg. Works is over in Okhla Phase-1, right at Plot No-02 in Mavi Mohalla. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Coca Cola factory, which is the easiest way to tell people where to go. Dinesh started this whole thing because he knew his way around machines and metal. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workspace with lathes and welding gear. It gets pretty loud in here when we’re in the middle of a project. We mostly do bits and pieces for other businesses nearby. Metal shavings end up everywhere by lunch, and we just sweep them up at the end of the shift. There’s about three or four of us usually. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small desk in the corner where the paperwork stays. The heat in the summer makes the metal work even tougher, but we’ve got fans running. We’ve been in this part of Tehkhand for a long time. People around here know us for just getting on with it. We don't do much talking or fancy presentations. If someone brings in a part that needs turning or a frame that needs a weld, we just take a look and get it done. It’s how we’ve always operated. We stay busy enough without needing to put up big signs or anything like that. Just honest labor in a dusty shop.
