Devents

Devents is located over at M-108 in the Observatory Compound. Being on Lodi Road is quite nice because of all the trees and old buildings around. We have been in this spot in New Delhi for a good bit of time. It is a quiet area, which helps when we are trying to plan things out. Most of our work involves organizing details for various gatherings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails back and forth. The office at M-108 is pretty lived-in. There are folders everywhere and boxes of supplies that we keep for different jobs. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure everything is ready. It's just how the work goes. Lodi Road has a certain feel to it, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We aren't a massive operation, just a handful of us making sure things happen. We don't really do the whole corporate presentation thing. It is more about getting the logistics right. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know where the Observatory Compound is. It's a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the sign. We keep things pretty simple day to day. If something needs fixing or sorting, we just do it. That's the way we've always handled things since we moved into this space. It works for us and the people we help.
