Our place is over in Phase-II of the Okhla Industrial Area. We are on the second floor of F-34/8. If you’ve spent any time in Okhla, you know it’s all about warehouses and small factories. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s where the real work happens. Devashree Foods has been operating out of this unit for a while now. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of packaging and the hum of the cooling units. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of that stuff. Most of the space is taken up by the products and the equipment we use every day. Our team is small, and we usually eat lunch together in the break area near the back. We don’t put on any acts here. It’s just food production and keeping track of inventory. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big delivery comes in and we have to clear out the floor space quickly. We like being in an industrial zone because everything we need is close by. It’s a practical setup for a food company. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to do a solid job and keep the business running smoothly every day. It’s hard work, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now, and we just keep at it.
