Desigh & Details is based in Shahpur Jat, on the second floor of a DDA flat at 141-B. Shahpur Jat is known for having a lot of creative shops and designers, and we are tucked away in one of the residential-style buildings there. Our space is filled with sketches, fabric swatches, and various design tools. Working from a second-floor flat gives us a bit of a quieter environment than being right on the street level. We spend our time focusing on the small details of whatever project we are currently working on. It’s not a corporate office; it feels more like a workshop where things actually get made. We have a couple of big tables for laying out plans and a few chairs for when we need to sit and think. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, but you get used to them. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-project with stuff spread out everywhere. We like the area because it has a certain energy that fits with the design work we do. It’s a straightforward setup where the work is the main priority. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just focus on the designs and the details that make them work. That is all there is to it.
