Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu

If you go to the second floor of 123 A in Gautam Nagar, you’ll find our office. We are right here in New Delhi, 110049. The sign says Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, but it’s just a regular floor in a busy part of the city. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of the street noise, but it’s not too bad once the windows are shut. We spend most of our time dealing with financial reports and helping businesses stay on track with their numbers. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and books because there’s always something to look up or verify. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies with sleek furniture. Our chairs are a bit old, and the desks have seen better days, but they work just fine for us. The staff here knows the area well, and we usually know where to get the best chai nearby when we need a break from the screens. We don’t have any grand statements about what we do. It’s just accounting and consulting work that needs to be finished. Every day is a bit different depending on which client needs help, but the routine of coming in and getting to it stays the same. We like the fact that it’s a local feel even though the name sounds big. It’s just a group of people working hard in Gautam Nagar.
