Delicious Caterers & Events

We have been running things here in Kaka Nagar for quite a few years now. Our spot is at Wz 75 A, which is near Todapur and Inderpur. It is not some big, fancy office with glass walls, just a practical space where we keep our kitchen equipment and event gear. My brother and I started this because we knew our way around a kitchen and liked seeing people eat well. We do a lot of weddings and smaller family lunches at people's homes. Most of our staff are just local guys from the neighborhood who have been with us since the start. We do not use any fancy corporate systems to track things, we just write it all down in a big ledger. Sometimes the Inderpur traffic makes it hard to get our trucks out on time, so we usually start loading up much earlier than we need to. The weather can be a bit of a pain for the outdoor events, but we have enough tarps and covers to manage. We have seen kids grow up whose first birthday parties we catered. It feels good to be a part of the community like that. We spend most of our day on our feet, either cooking or setting up tables. It is tiring work, but it keeps us busy. We just try to make sure the food is hot and there are enough chairs for everyone who shows up.
