Darashaw Company Pvt Ltd is located over at D 289 in Defence Colony. New Delhi 110024 is a pretty established neighborhood, and we've been part of it for some time. The office is in a residential-style building, which gives it a much more relaxed feel than a typical office park. We have several rooms used for different parts of the business. It’s not an open-plan space with glass walls. It feels like a house because it basically is one. We find that this helps the team stay a bit more grounded. The garden outside is a nice touch, even if we don't spend much time in it. We have our desks crammed into the available space, and there are always papers everywhere. We don't have a big corporate lobby. When people come to see us, they usually just walk in and find someone to talk to. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We focus on getting through the tasks of the day without making a big deal about it. Defence Colony is a good place to be because everything is close by. We’ve grown attached to this spot. It’s not a perfect office, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it’s our space. We are just a group of people working together in this corner of Delhi. It’s a very human way to run a company. We hope to continue working here for a long time.
