Our place, D B Engineering Pvt Ltd, is at A119 in the Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II. Anyone who has been to Okhla knows it is packed with factories and warehouses. The building we use is a standard industrial structure. Inside, we focus on engineering work. This involves plenty of technical drawings and heavy machinery on the shop floor. There is always a faint smell of oil and metal in the air. Working out of this Phase II location has been our routine for a long time. Most of our staff members have spent their entire careers in the engineering field. Corporate culture isn't really something we focus on here. We put on our uniforms, take the measurements, and ensure the parts are made correctly. Because the traffic in Okhla is often a nightmare, we usually start our day early. Our actual office is tucked away inside the main building. It might look a bit old-fashioned, but it suits our needs perfectly. We don't use shiny brochures or have a big sales team. Most of our connections come from being in the same spot for so many years. We take the projects as they come, figure out the technical side, and finish them up. Hard work and minimal talk is how we operate. Staying busy with the machines is our main priority. The floor gets quite loud when everything is running at full speed in the afternoon.
