Customer Service Executive

If you look for Customer Service Executive in New Delhi, you’ll find us at B 56 Double Storey in East Of Kailash. This is an old part of South Delhi, and the buildings have a lot of character. Our space is in one of those double-storey houses. It’s not a corporate park with glass elevators. We walk up the stairs and get to work in rooms that used to be someone’s home. It makes the office feel less stiff. We are right in the middle of a very busy neighborhood. You can hear vendors shouting and cars honking all day long. We handle a lot of customer inquiries from here. There are a few of us sitting in each room with our laptops and phones. It gets a bit cramped when we are all in at the same time, but we don't mind it much. We usually go out to the local market for a quick bite during lunch. The food options in East Of Kailash are great. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the responses sent out. Some days the phones never stop, and other days we have time to catch up on filing. We’ve been here for several years now and we know the local chai wala and the guards on the street quite well. It's just a regular Delhi office.
