Our office is located at B2, 104 (A) in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a well-known part of New Delhi, and being in this specific block makes it easy for us to stay connected with the local area. The space is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate office. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small table for meetings. It’s not a massive operation here; we just have a small group of people who handle the daily tasks. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. Most of the time, we are just busy with paperwork and taking calls from people asking about property. The neighborhood is fairly busy, but our little corner stays relatively peaceful. We’ve been at this 110029 address for some time, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. There is a small tea shop nearby where we usually go for breaks. We don't have any big flashy signs outside, just the name on the door so people know they are in the right place. We just try to keep things simple and do our work without any unnecessary drama. It’s a practical place for us to be based while we handle our business in Delhi. We just focus on the tasks at hand and keep things moving.
