Our place is over in the Dsidc Complex, right in the middle of Okhla Phase-I. If you’ve ever been here, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the industrial sheds and trucks everywhere. We are at number 162. It’s a busy part of town, lots of dust and noise, but that’s just how it goes in this area. Inside, it’s usually stacked with boxes and equipment because telecom gear takes up a lot of space. We’ve got a small crew here. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that; we just sit around the main table and figure things out as they come up. The air conditioner struggles sometimes when the sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, so we just open the door and deal with the street noise. It’s not perfect, but it’s where we do our thing. We’ve seen a lot of other businesses come and go in this complex, but we’ve managed to stay put. Most of our day is spent handling orders or fixing stuff that didn't work the first time. It's a lot of practical work, hands-on stuff. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just walk in, find someone who isn't on the phone, and talk to them. It's straightforward and keeps things moving. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
