Our office is tucked away at S-11 in Okhla Phase II. If you know the Okhla Industrial Area, you know it is always busy with trucks and people moving things around. Leading Point Technology has been here for a bit, and we mostly just focus on the computer and tech side of business. It is a lot of sitting in front of screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. We have desks, some servers that hum all day, and a small area where we have our tea. The traffic getting here in the morning is usually a nightmare, so we all tend to arrive a bit frustrated. Once we settle in, it is just about getting through the tasks. We handle software stuff and help other businesses keep their systems running. It gets pretty technical, but we don't really talk about it in fancy terms. It’s just work. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass lobby. We are just a group of people who know their way around a motherboard and some code. It’s a decent place to work, even if the industrial noise outside never really stops during the day.
