Our place is located at Plot No. 60 in Sector-25. It’s an industrial area, so the surroundings are mostly other warehouses and factories. Ilpea Paramount Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a long time. The building is a big concrete structure that stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and a large area for production and storage. There is always the sound of machinery humming in the background. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like it that way because it means things are moving. We have a crew that’s been together for years, so we all know how the day is going to go without much talk. There are stacks of crates and materials waiting to be processed near the loading dock. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is closest to the door. We spend most of our time on the floor checking on things or in the small office area handling the logs. It’s a very hands-on type of business. The roads in Sector-25 can get a bit rough with all the heavy trucks, so we try to be careful when we’re moving stuff around. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping the machines maintained. It's a simple, hardworking environment for all of us.
