Crayon Events & Entertainment

Our place is over in Part-1 South Ex, or NDSE as most people call it. It's a crowded part of town, so finding a parking spot near Crayon Events & Entertainment is usually the first challenge of the day. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some desks, a lot of old posters on the walls, and drawers full of random things like batteries, tape, and stage layouts. It’s not the quietest office because someone is always playing music or testing a sound system. We deal with a lot of different things, from small parties to bigger shows, so the atmosphere changes every week. Sometimes it’s dead quiet while we’re doing paperwork, and other times it’s a mad rush to get equipment out the door. We aren’t really into the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us wear jeans and sneakers because we’re usually running around or climbing onto a stage somewhere. Being in South Ex means we see a lot of foot traffic and the usual city noise. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how many sugars we take. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes, especially when we have new props taking up the floor, but we manage. We just focus on getting the job done without making too much of a fuss about it. We don't have fancy brochures; we just talk to people and figure out what they need. There is always someone here late if you need to drop something off.
