Corporate Executive Board

We work out of D 1 in South Extension Part 1, New Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, right near the main roads, so there is always something going on outside. Our office for Corporate Executive Board is pretty straightforward. We have a couple of main rooms where the desks are, and the shelves are packed with folders and supplies. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but it’s a lifesaver in the summer months. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just knock on the door and one of us lets them in. We spend most of our time on the computers or sorting through various documents. South Ex is a good place to be because everything is close by, though the noise can be a bit much sometimes. We’ve got a small area where we keep the kettle and some snacks for our breaks. It’s a very functional space without any unnecessary stuff. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just need a place to do our daily work. The floors are a bit worn from people moving around, and the chairs aren't the newest, but they're comfortable enough. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we handle our business and try to stay on top of everything. We usually close up around six and join the crowd at the metro station. It’s a decent routine.
