Copal Partners is on the Iind Floor of 6 91 in Malviya Nagar. If you know New Delhi 110017, you know it’s a place that’s always moving. Our office is up a narrow flight of stairs that can be a bit of a climb. Once you get up here, it’s a bit of a maze of desks and filing cabinets. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the bell. The windows look out over the street, so we get a lot of natural light, which is nice until it gets too hot in the middle of the day. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep things reasonably tidy. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get through the list of things we need to do. The water cooler is right by the door, and it’s usually the place where we catch up on neighborhood gossip. Malviya Nagar has some great food nearby, so lunch is usually the best part of the day. We don't try to be something we’re not. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. The floor creaks in a few places, but we’ve learned where not to step. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing on the second floor.
