C Osurindar Singh’s place is where we set up. Working out of New Delhi 110062 means we are right in the middle of a busy community. You can hear kids playing outside and the usual sounds of the street. It isn't a quiet library, that's for sure. We have a few rooms turned into offices. The layout is a bit tight but we make it work. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather gets bad, which is annoying. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when we have to. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. Most of us just dress casual and get to it. We've been in this Madangir spot for a bit and know the local shops well. Getting lunch is easy since there are so many small spots nearby. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We focus on what needs doing and try to stay out of trouble. It’s just us doing our bit from a house in South Delhi.
