Our place is a bit hard to find if you don't know the area. We are in the back portion of house number 310 in Mansarowar Garden. If you see Ratan Dairy, you’re pretty much there, just look across from it. Being on the ground floor helps because we don't have to deal with stairs when we’re carrying stuff in. Conquerors Troop Private Limited is just us working out of this part of West Delhi. It’s a quiet enough street most mornings, though it picks up later on. The office isn't huge, but we made it work by organizing the desks a certain way. We spend a lot of time here, probably more than we do at home some weeks. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day. It’s mostly just keeping the wheels turning and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. There’s a certain routine to it. Someone makes the coffee, someone checks the mail, and we all get to work. We aren't trying to be some massive company with hundreds of employees. We like the way things are right now, being a small team in a local neighborhood. It feels more personal that way. Sometimes the internet is slow or the neighbor's dog barks too much, but it's home to us. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it suits the way we operate. It's a plain office but it's ours.
