We are located at C-125 in Lajpat Nagar Iv, right in Dayanand Colony. Confident Real Estate has been operating from here for a good while. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. Most days, there are stacks of files on the desks and the phone doesn't stop ringing. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will talk to you. We know the streets around Lajpat Nagar pretty well by now. People come to us because they want to know what's happening in the local market. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re a huge firm. We're just a local outfit doing what we do. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through the work. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people different spots. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn't great, but that’s the job. We grew up around these parts, so it feels natural to be working here. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We mostly get people coming in because a neighbor told them we were alright. It is a simple way of running things.
