Concept Lighting Solutions Ltd. is located at D-10/ 6 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-L. This is a real working area, so it’s always full of trucks, workers, and a lot of activity. Our place is basically a warehouse and an office mixed together. We spend our time figuring out lighting setups and making sure the orders are ready for the various projects we are involved in. D-10/ 6 isn't a place for window shopping; it’s where the actual work gets done. It can be quite noisy with the machines from the other units in Phase-L, but we don't really notice it much anymore. We have a small staff and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s moving boxes or answering the phone. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the lights work and the customers are satisfied with what they bought. The summer heat in Okhla can be tough, especially in an industrial building, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving. It’s a practical environment for a practical business. We’ve been here for a while and we know the ins and outs of the area. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to keep things organized as best as we can in the middle of all the industrial chaos.
