We are tucked away in the Mohan Co-Op. Indl. Estate, specifically at A-13/B-1. It’s right off Mathura Road, which is always packed with vehicles. Coco Food Products (I) Pvt Ltd has been operating here for a while. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of other factories and warehouses. It’s a noisy place, but it’s good for getting work done. We handle food products, so we have to be very careful about how things are stored and processed. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We start the shifts early to beat the heat and the traffic. Our space isn't huge, but we use every inch of it for production and packing. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. It’s all about the machines and the output. Mathura Road can be a nightmare for deliveries, so we have to plan everything carefully. We’ve had our ups and downs here, like any other business. Machines break down, or there’s a delay in getting raw materials. We just fix what’s broken and keep moving. It’s a steady pace. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the food products we send out are what they’re supposed to be. That’s our daily life here in the estate, and it keeps us busy.
