Citi Properties

Our office, Citi Properties, is located at A/67 in the Dda Shed area of Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II. We are quite close to the Crown Plaza Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This part of Okhla is very industrial and busy with all sorts of businesses. We have been working out of this shed for a long time. It is a practical space, not a fancy showroom. We deal with all kinds of property matters around here. It can get dusty and noisy with all the industrial work going on nearby, but that is just Okhla. We like the energy of the place. We are a small group of people who just want to do our jobs well. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of writers. We just know the local real estate scene and we share that knowledge with whoever comes through our door. Being near the Crown Plaza means we see a lot of different people. Some are looking for factory space and others want something smaller. We treat everyone the same. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound like something we are not. We are just a local business trying to make a living and help our neighbors find the right spots for their own businesses or homes. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Okhla Phase II is home to us.
