Citi Financial Consumer Finance

Our office is situated at 35 Uday Park in New Delhi. This is the Citi Financial Consumer Finance branch, so we deal with a lot of personal money matters every single day. Uday Park is a nice enough area, and it’s usually a bit quieter than the main roads nearby. The office itself is pretty standard for a finance place. We have rows of desks and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything tidy, but we try our best. Our staff is a mix of people who have lived in Delhi their whole lives. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who come in needing help with their paperwork or asking about their accounts. It is honest work, even if it is mostly just sitting in front of a monitor all day. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going, especially in the afternoons when things can get a bit slow. We don't have any big flashy signs or corporate decorations. It’s just a place where we come to work and handle the financial documents that come across our desks. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a lot of people show up at once. We just deal with them one by one until the day is over and we can head home.
