The Saket District Centre is always a bit of a mess with traffic. Our spot is in the DLF Courtyard, at Plot No. A-4, right in the middle of all that noise. Getting into 305 can be a bit of a trek if you’re coming during the lunch rush. Citel Surge Protection is tucked away there. It’s an office full of desks, cables, and a lot of paperwork. Some days the air conditioning works better than others, which is just life in Delhi. We handle stuff for surge protection, but to us, it’s mostly just the day-to-day tasks. Most of the people working here have been around for a few years. We know each other's coffee orders and who is likely to be late because of the Metro. It’s a practical place. No one is wearing suits unless there’s a big meeting. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at spreadsheets. It isn't a glamorous tech startup vibe you see in movies. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep things organized. Outside, the shoppers are walking around the malls, but in here, we’re just focusing on getting through the pile of documents on the desk. Saket is a busy part of the city, and we’re just one small part of the activity happening every day in the Courtyard building.
