Cidex Ttrade Fairs Pvt Ltd is based in Sarita Vihar. We are on the 12Nd Flr of the Community Centre in Pkt-H & J. It’s a bit of a maze to find us sometimes if you aren't familiar with the pockets around here. The office is usually filled with maps of floor plans and lists of exhibitors. Organizing trade fairs is mostly just one big logistical puzzle. We spend months planning for things that only last a few days. It can be stressful, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know the drill. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of workers. We’re a smaller group that handles the heavy lifting of making sure these events actually happen. We don't spend much on fancy office decor because we’re usually too busy looking at spreadsheets or being out at the venues. Sarita Vihar is a decent place to work from. It has its quiet moments and its busy ones. We don't use marketing talk because we don't really need to. People know us for the work we do on the ground. We just show up, do the planning, and hope everything goes off without a hitch. It’s a lot of coordination with different vendors and making sure the booths are where they should be. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the next event coming up.
