Choco Swiss

You can find us over in Anand Parbat, at Building No 22/1 in the B/2 Block. We are situated on Street No 12, just off the New Rohtak Road. This area is mostly industrial and can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren't familiar with the numbered streets. There are lots of small factories and workshops all around us, so the whole neighborhood has a very busy, working-class feel. Our building is just a regular structure like all the others on the block. We have our workspace set up inside where we handle all the chocolate work. It’s not a place for browsing or sitting down; it’s really more of a production spot for us. The street outside is often blocked by trucks or carts, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just deal with the daily hurdles of being in a crowded industrial zone. The lighting inside is just standard tube lights and we have our cooling units to keep the chocolate from melting in the Delhi heat. It’s a plain environment, but it serves its purpose for the work we do. We’ve been at this Street No 12 location for quite some time, and we just keep to ourselves and focus on getting the daily tasks done. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of the inventory we have on hand. It gets pretty loud with the machines next door, but we just get used to the noise.
