Ritu Choco Chop

You can find Ritu Choco Chop at B-339 in New Friends Colony. This is where we do all our work with chocolates and sweets. It's a residential-feeling area, so our place is pretty quiet compared to the main markets. We started this because we liked making things by hand, and it just grew from there into a small business. We don't have big machines or a factory line. It’s mostly just us using the kitchen space to chop chocolate and mix ingredients. The house always has a bit of a sweet smell to it, which the neighbors don't seem to mind most days. We aren't trying to be a huge brand you see in every grocery store. We mostly sell to people nearby or folks who have heard about us from friends. Our packaging is simple and we don't spend money on big advertisements. We'd rather just focus on making the next batch of chocolate. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to wait for a delivery, which can be frustrating, but that's how it goes when you're small. The workspace is a bit cluttered with bowls and trays, but we know where everything is. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been working for us for quite a few years now. We like being part of the New Friends Colony community and staying local with everything we do. We usually have some samples sitting around if you happen to stop by at the right time.
