You can find us on the first floor at B-331 in C R Park. We are right next to the GK-2 area and the main market is just a short walk away. Being in the C R Park 1st Market area means it’s always lively outside. Our space is mostly taken up by the kitchen and storage areas. We spend a lot of hours prepping food and cleaning up afterwards. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets quite hot in the summer months but we are used to it by now. We aren't a big industrial operation. It is just a handful of us making things and getting them packed up. We get a lot of our ingredients from the vendors right here in the market because it is convenient. Sometimes the delivery van has a hard time parking in the narrow lanes so we end up carrying boxes ourselves. The office part is just a small desk in the corner with a computer that sometimes acts up. We don't have a fancy marketing plan or anything. We just focus on the cooking and making sure everything is fresh. The floor is usually a bit messy by the end of the day but we scrub it down every night before we leave. It's a simple life and we like being part of the local community here. We often have some tea together in the afternoon while we check our orders for the next morning. Most of the people around here are regulars who have been coming to us for years and they know exactly where to find us.
