Working at Ces I Pvt Ltd here in B 325 C R Park is a bit different than being in a sterile office park. Chittaranjan Park has its own rhythm, especially during festival times. We’re located in New Delhi 110019, and we’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s a comfortable spot, maybe a little cluttered with old files and spare chairs, but it works for us. We aren't the type of people to wear ties or have formal rules about everything. Most of us just show up in whatever’s comfortable and get to it. We deal with all sorts of tasks throughout the day. Some are boring, some are a bit more interesting, but they all need to get done. We know our neighbors and usually stop to chat when we’re out getting lunch or grabbing some snacks. It’s a very human way to spend the day. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. We just try to be fair and do what we say we’re going to do. Sometimes we stay late because there’s just too much on the desk, but that’s part of the deal. We like the independence of being a smaller team. It lets us be ourselves without having to check with some boss in another country. It’s just us, doing our thing in C R Park. We like it that way.
