Ceratizits (India) Pvt Ltd is based right in the middle of Nehru Place at R-23. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded it gets around here. It’s a struggle just to find a parking spot most mornings, so a lot of us just take the metro. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk to customers on the phone. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Outside, the market is always shouting with people buying electronics or looking for repairs. It’s noisy and busy from morning until late at night. Inside, we just try to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some days are slower than others, but mostly it’s just constant phone calls and emails. We aren't a big flashy corporation with glass walls; it’s more about just having a desk and a computer to handle the business. We eat lunch at the local stalls nearby because the food is quick and easy. It’s just the reality of working in one of the busiest hubs in the city. You get used to the noise after a while. We’ve stayed here because it’s central for everyone. It works for us. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for us at R-23. We keep at it.
