Our office is right in the M-56 block of the Part II market in Greater Kailash. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or eating. We’ve been operating from this same address for quite some time now. Most people around the neighborhood know where we are. Dealing with real estate means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking to different sites nearby. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of paperwork and checking property details that nobody really sees. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just help people find places to live or work in this specific area. Sometimes the market is slow, other times it’s a bit frantic with everyone wanting the same thing at once. We take it as it comes. Usually, it's just one or two of us in the office at a time because the rest are out showing houses to clients. If you need to find us, just look for the M-56 sign in the market. We keep the place simple. There's no big corporate vibe here, just a local office where we try to get things done without too much fuss. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. We've seen many families grow and move into bigger spots over the years. It feels like we are part of the local furniture now.
