We have been operating out of the Greater Kailash M 56 office for quite a while now. It is a busy area and the noise from the street usually starts early in the morning. Century 21 Real Estate Consultants isn't a massive corporate machine, it is just a few of us here trying to help people figure out their housing needs. Most days are spent on the phone or looking through files that seem to never end. People come in with all sorts of questions about rent and property prices in this part of Delhi. We try to give them straight answers without any of the usual fluff you hear in this business. Our office is simple, just some desks and chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We know the lanes around GK pretty well because we spend so much time walking them. It isn't always exciting work. There is a lot of paperwork and checking details that can get a bit tedious. But we like the neighborhood and the people we meet. Dealing with real estate is just what we do to get by. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire. We just want to keep things running smoothly here at M 56. If you are in the area and need to talk about a flat or a shop, you can just stop by. We are usually around and the door is usually open for whoever needs us.
