Celebration

Our place is called Celebration and you can find us at A-280 in the lower ground floor of Shivalik, Malviya Nagar. It's right near Aurobindo College, so there are always students around. We handle all sorts of party stuff and events. The shop isn't massive, but we pack it with everything we think people might need for a get-together. It gets a bit crowded inside when we have a lot of stock arriving. Most of the time, we are just busy answering the phone or organizing the shelves. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some days the traffic outside is just terrible, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache. We don't try to be anything we're not. It’s just a local business trying to keep things running. Sometimes things get misplaced in the back room, and we have to spend an hour looking for a specific decoration. That's just how it goes when you have so many small items. We deal with all kinds of people, from parents planning a first birthday to college kids looking for something cheap. We don't have a corporate office or a big board of directors. It is just us here every day, opening the shutters and seeing what the day brings. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or saw us while going to the college. We try to keep the stock fresh and interesting, but it's hard to keep up with every single new trend.
