Carve A Niche Solutions

Our office is tucked away in Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, at G3/61 on the ground floor. It is one of those parts of Delhi where the lanes all look the same at first, but once you live or work here, you know every corner. We have been here at Carve A Niche Solutions for a while, and the space has definitely seen better days, but it is ours. It is a practical ground-floor setup, which is lucky because we do not have to deal with broken elevators or lots of stairs. Inside, it is mostly just us and our computers. We do a lot of problem-solving and service work, which usually means a lot of talking and typing. The neighborhood is a mix of everyone—students, workers, and families—so there is always a lot of life around us. We are not a corporate giant; we are just a small group of people who know each other well and work together every day. Sometimes we have lunch together at our desks, or someone goes out to grab samosas for everyone. It is a bit cluttered with old files and spare equipment, but we know where everything is. It is the kind of place where you do not have to worry about being too formal. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things running smoothly in our own way. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
