Our office is located at A-259-C on the ground floor of Tahir Apartment in Noor Nagar. This is right in the Jamia Nagar area of Okhla. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they need us. Carpe Diem Business Advisory Private Limited isn't some corporate giant in a glass tower. We are just a small group of people working from a flat. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and printers, but it works for us. Noor Nagar is a tight-knit community, and being here feels like being part of a big family. We handle business advisory stuff, which sounds fancy, but mostly it’s just helping people figure out their taxes and registrations. We spend a lot of time on the computer or digging through physical files. The ground floor stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a blessing in Delhi heat. Sometimes we have to step out to the local market for supplies or a quick snack. People in the building know us, and we know them. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they saw our door while walking by. We just do the work as honestly as we can and try to keep things moving along.
