Careerist Management Consultant

Careerist Management Consultant is our little firm based in Sunlight Colony, New Delhi. We are located at 137, which is near Maharani Bagh. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city. We work as consultants and mostly help out with management and hiring stuff. It’s a lot of meetings and phone calls every day. We spend time looking at how businesses are running and seeing if we can help them find better ways to do things or find better people to hire. The office is usually quite active with people coming in for interviews or just to chat about their career paths. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit and it feels like home to us now. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign near Maharani Bagh. It can get pretty hectic when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. We don't have a polished corporate vibe here. It’s more of a place where you can sit down and have a real conversation about work. We have stacks of files and a lot of coffee cups lying around. It's just how we work. We try to be honest with people about what the job market is like. It’s a practical way of doing business and it seems to work for us and the people who come to see us.
