Our place is located down in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically at Y-53 in Phase 2. Capital Leisure Pvt Ltd is what the sign says outside. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always noise from the workshops and trucks moving around the lanes. We spend most of our time inside this office handling the leisure side of things for our clients. It’s not the most scenic part of town, but it’s practical for getting work done without too many distractions. The building at Y-53 has been our base for quite some time now. We usually have a few staff members running around, checking on bookings or talking to vendors. It gets a bit dusty outside with all the construction nearby, but that’s just Okhla for you. We keep a simple setup here. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they have business in Phase 2. We don't really do much advertising; we just stick to our routine and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure schedules align. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We drink a lot of tea and keep the computers running. If you're looking for us, look for the Y-53 gate. It's a straightforward operation. We just show up every day and do the job. We don't mind the noise much anymore.
