We are located at F 45 on the first floor. This is in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1. Our company is called Capital Apparels Technology Pvt Ltd. New Delhi 110020 is where we are based. Okhla is a very busy industrial hub. There are machines running and trucks moving all day long. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We have been here for a good number of years. The building is an industrial one so it is sturdy and functional. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is all about the work here. We deal with apparel technology and things like that. Our team is small and we all know each other well. It is a bit dusty outside because of all the construction and the factories but inside we keep things organized. You have to climb up to the first floor to find us. We do not have a lift that everyone uses. Mostly it is just the stairs. Being in Phase 1 makes it easy for our suppliers to find us. We don't really do much in terms of promotion. We just rely on the work we do. People in the apparel business know where Okhla is and they usually find their way to F 45. It is a practical place to run a business. We like the atmosphere of the industrial area because everyone is just working hard.
