Cafe Cofee Day

This Cafe Cofee Day is tucked away in Section 1 of Pushp Vihar, over in Saket. It's a pretty standard spot, really. We open up early to get the machines ready before the morning crowd starts coming in from the nearby apartments. The space isn't huge, but it fits enough tables for people to sit and talk or maybe do some work on their laptops. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and making sure the milk is fresh. It gets a bit loud when the grinder is going, but nobody seems to mind much. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It makes the shifts go by a bit faster when you can chat with someone about the weather or how the traffic was on the way in. Saket can be a busy area, but this little corner stays fairly relaxed. We have our routine. Refill the sugar, check the fridge, and wipe down the chairs. It's not complicated work, but we stay busy. Sometimes we run out of certain snacks by the evening, especially on weekends when families come by. We try to keep things stocked up, but it depends on the deliveries. It’s just a regular place to get a drink and sit for a bit. We're just here doing our jobs and keeping the place running for the people who stop by for their daily cup. We don't overthink it, just make the coffee and clean up the tables.
